I had a great short session with Darryl, who did pretty well. I found new spots at Sunset Park, which is always a good thing. Also figure out that there is a mass amount of people that get up before 9am and they were all the park! Also was able to get some photos of myself during my last studio shoot!
For someone who hates photos of herself, Lauren photographs incredibly well! Even though they were technically senior photos, she's a great model. I loved so many of these images.
These kids were great! I'm happy I actually finished proofing in a timely manner too. I wish the park hadn't been so crowded, Sunday afternoon and all. I still got some nice shots!
I was very fortunate to be part of this wedding! The bride is one of the most awesome people I've ever met. The bride and groom made it way too easy for me! I wish I had a wedding like this one every weekend.
I took a shot at product photography! Actually, I've done product photography before (kind of) just never with jewelry. I have to say it was tough because I don't really have a wide enough lens to really capture it the way I want. Still, I worked with what I had and although my new studio space is a little cramped I finally had a shoot! I loved trying different things out with lighting and Plexiglas. The jewelry is from chezchani, and it is awesome.
Four boys whose ages ranged from 3-11 and a single mom. They were so awesome! Here are a few preview images...I am still working on proofing the rest. I found a new park too!
Here are some photos I've not gotten to post in some time. I'm still trying to recover from the move! I've discovered a new park, Aliante. It's really beautiful so of course I've already shot there twice. I was there with some friends and then I had the pleasure of shooting Josie from model mayhem there. I had her model some Chezchani jewelry while we were outdoors. I am going to shoot the jewelry indoors since it was a windy day and at 2pm with no cloud coverage, it was way too sunny. (http://chezchani.blogspot.com/) I also had the pleasure of meeting Valerie of www.bigfeetpjs.com. She needed a photo for a national publication. It was way too easy and I'm getting a tear sheet! Yay.
